Mila Ellsworth -pitching, fielding instructor and founder of Strictly Softball. She graduated from Florida International University with a B.S. in Business Marketing and International Business. Mila is a Olathe, Kansas native, she attended St Thomas Aquinas High School where she led the Saints to their first State Title. Mila pitched competitive ball for the KC Peppers. Her collegiate career began at Georgia State University where she earned TAAC All-Conference honors. Upon transfer to FIU she set several pitching records: Career strike outs, Career shutouts, and Most consecutive shutout innings. She was a two-time captain who earned Sun-Belt All-conference Honors. After graduation Mila traveled overseas to play for the Royal Dutch League. Upon her return in Fall of 2001 she started Strictly Softball. Mila is happily married to Danny Ellsworth and they have two daughters, Keyle 3, and Peylan newborn
